general information
Composers of the present Management do not recommend to owners of cars on their own to undertake the overhaul of AT. In the course of procedures for disassembly and assembly of transmission have to shoot, and then set in place a variety of small components. It is necessary to make an accurate measurement of the weight and, by adjusting the shims, rings and spacer sleeves, clearly put a lot of gaps. In view of the foregoing, the overhaul of AT would be wiser to entrust the service specialist. Note that in many cases there is a possibility on the basis of the exchange to buy rebuilt unit that is often less expensive than conducting a complex repair.
That said, the implementation of self-repair mechanic AT-lover does not absolutely impossible to exercise. The preconditions are only the availability of the necessary special tools and orderly approach to the implementation of all procedures.
The number needed to perform reconditioning AT tools include pliers to remove the inner and outer retaining rings puller bearings, sliding the striker hammer, and a set vykolotok Kerner DTI gauge and possibly a hydraulic press. In addition, of course, will need a strong, vice-equipped, workbench, or special mounting stand.
In the course of procedures for disassembly AT try to remember, and it is better to write, how to install each of the parts removed.
Before disassembling the transmission, it is wise to try to analyze the symptoms of her failure to approximately determine their causes. Many failures are uniquely related to the failure of well-defined components. See. Is also a section dedicated to troubleshooting the AT at the beginning of the Manual.
The following section is a schematic description of how AT disassembly procedures and maintenance of its internal components. Dismantling and maintenance of internal components of the AT | 1. The illustrations presented layout of internal components and operation of the AT hydraulic system. 2. Drain the ATF (see chap. Adjustment and routine maintenance). | 3. Remove the inverter rotation. |
4. Remove the control cylinder.
5. Remove the valve assembly.
6. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the control valve and remove the valve assembly
7. Disconnect the wiring terminal. | Wiring is laid deep enough and can be engaged by pulling - try not to use excessive force. When pulling the harness bend inward and push it out. Do not pull the wire assembly. |
8. Remove the pressure accumulator.
9. Remove the side cover.
10. Remove the output gear.
11. With the help of a stripper remove the intermediate gear.
12. Remove the parking lock, a return spring and a pin with a lining.
13. Remove the drive components of the speedometer.
14. Remove the control shaft.
15. Install the assembly AT timber and remove the casing of the converter of rotation.
16. Remove assemblage of the main transfer. | 17. After removing the ring seal, remove the input shaft of the transmitter housing. |
18. Remove the oil strainer.
19. Remove the feed tube of grease in the differential.
20. Loosen the nut retainer rod band brake, then turn the piston rod.
21. Remove the brake band, remove the clutch and overdrive clutch assembly incorporating a reverse gear.
22. To avoid damage to the friction drum brake linings do not try to over-stretch the flexible strip. When removing the brake band keep her brace. After removing the tape lower bracket to its original position.
23. Remove the overrunning clutch, the front fastening element, the rear fastening element and clutch downshift.
24. Remove the low clutch and reverse gear, remove the thrust ring lock brakes and a rear gear lowered.
25. By supplying compressed air, remove the brake piston back and towing gear.
26. Remove the separator assembly.
27. Remove the thrust ring servomotor.
28. Remove the servo drive belt and brake return spring.
29. Loosen the lock nut shaft of manual control and remove the plate hand drive. | 30. Remove the pin and remove the shaft of manual control. |
