1. If removed, replace the coupling components (see chap. Coupling and power shafts). 2. Secure transmission on a jack, as you did during dismantling and carefully rewound it under the car, holding up in position. Gently insert the input shaft engages with the splines of the hub clutch disc, follow the guide pins hit in retaliatory holes in the mating surface of the engine. In no case do not use force - if the input shaft is not included in the clutch disc hub, adjust the angle of the gearbox and slightly turn the shaft, ensuring proper alignment of the splines. | In no case do not tighten skewed transmission to the engine by means of fixing bolts - it may result in permanent component failure! |
3. Replace the screws to the engine Manual transmission. Tighten fixture with demanded effort. 4. Connect support the suspension of the power unit (Track reliability of a tightening of fixture). 5. Replace the support and transmission suspension crossmember. 6. Remove the jacks holding up the box and the engine. Replace all filmed in the process of dismantling of transmission components (see., Respectively, of the Head of the Power supply system and release, Electric motor and engine management systems). 7. Make sure of the correct connection and laying of electrical and hydraulic lines. Make sure that the gearbox was covered the required amount of the required grade of transmission oil (see chap. Adjustment and routine maintenance). Lower the car to the ground. 8. Connect the negative cable to the battery. Make car trial runs, check engine and gearbox for signs of leaks. |
