1. Thoroughly clean the sealing surfaces of the cylinder head cover and remove traces of oil. |
| 2. Apply sealant to the semi-circular sample cylinder head. On engines of early release lay in the sample, both semi-circular plugs so that the flat part of the plugs flush with the plane of the cylinder head. |
| 3. Place the gasket into the groove on the cover, having tracked correctness of its position along the entire length. |
| 4. Replace the O-rings of the spark plugs. If necessary, secure seals, lubricated with a thin layer of sealant. |
| 5. Apply sealant pad about 1 cm on both sides of the semicircular edges of the sample under the cover of the rear support cervical camshaft. |
| 6. Carefully place the cylinder head cover in place, and the displacement of the rubber sealing cap is not allowed. |
| 7. Make sure that the cover, tighten the screws and washers. Tighten cover bolts in the sequence with the set moment. |
8. Attach the cover hoses. |
9. Connect the wires to the spark plugs and insert the wire into the bracket. |
