Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Maslooohladitel (if provided) is mounted on the oil filter housing, which is screwed into the rear of the cylinder block.
2. To access the oil cooler put the car on a manual brake, lift the front of the car and establish on supports. Disconnect the battery from weight.
3. Drain the engine coolant. You can also pinch the hose next to the oil cooler fittings, but in the latter case after disconnecting hoses certain amount of fluid is lost.
4. Remove the clips and remove hoses from the oil cooler.
5. Apply the paint or marker mark the relative orientation of the oil cooler and oil filter housing.
6. Place a pan under the oil cooler suitable volume and unscrew a bolt of the oil cooler. Wait until the oil stops flowing into the pan, then remove from the engine oil cooler. Remove washers from the housing and oil cooler bolts. These gaskets must be replaced.
7. Check the oil cooler, the presence of lesions on it, blow nozzle coolant and make sure they are clean. If damage is found, or if internal channels clogged oil cooler must be replaced.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the new O-rings on the housing and oil cooler bolt.
2. Install the oil cooler to the oil filter housing, align the mark and tighten the bolt. Tighten the bolt with the specified torque.
3. Connect hoses, fix their collars.
4. Remove the car with supports. Restore the coolant level and oil. Start the engine, check for leaks.
