12. Spring
13. Sealing washer
14. Plug the pressure reducing valve

Dismantling

The oil pump is formed integrally with the cover of a chain drive of cam. Remove the cover (see. Subsection 3.2.1.6).

Checking the Status

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the screws and bolts, remove the pump from the back side of the cover of a chain drive of cam.
2. Remove the cover from the base of the chain drive cap relief valve, remove the washer. Remove the spring and piston relief valve, paying attention to the correct orientation of the piston.
3. Remove the driving and driven rotors of the oil pump from the cover of a chain drive.
4. Inspect the rotors, piston pressure reducing valve and the pump cover, check for obvious signs of wear or damage to these items.
5. Install the rotors into the lid and check the gap between the probes of the female rotor and the pump casing and the gap between the teeth of the slave and master rotors.
6. Also check the clearance between the teeth of the slave and master rotors.
7. Check gauge, laid on the upper surface of the pump casing and the probe axial play slave and master rotors.
8. If you have the appropriate measuring instruments, measure the outside diameter of the female rotor and the inner diameter of the pump housing. Determine the gap between the driven rotor and the housing of the pump, which is the difference of the inner diameter of the pump casing and the outer diameter of the driven rotor.
9. Where there is evidence of damage, and if any of the measured clearances exceed the rate of the pump, replace the cover of a chain drive.
10. Upon detection of excessive wear of rotors also check the status of the pressure reducing valve. The pressure reducing valve disposed within the oil filter housing, which is screwed into the rear of the cylinder block. Remove from the top of the oil filter housing bolt valve, remove the washer, spring and ball. Inspect all parts, check for signs of wear, replace the parts if necessary. When building set in the housing with spring ball, put a new valve on the bolt sealing washer, tighten the screw and tighten with the set moment.
11. Lubricate the oil pump rotors with fresh oil for the engine and set the body. Female rotor collar should be facing outward.
12. Replace the cover, making sure to clean the split plane. Wrap and tighten the bolt to the specified torque and the cover screws.
13. Establish the piston of the pressure reducing valve without breaking the same orientation, then insert spring.
14. Put a new sealing washer on the bolt and tighten the bolt of the regulator valve with the puck.

15. Tighten the bolt with the specified torque.

Assembly

Assemble and install the cover of a chain drive (see. Subsection 3.2.1.6).
