The valve levers and hydraulic controls

Bleeding gidroregulyatora

1. Ball Valve

2. Rod

3. Plunger
Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the camshafts (see. Subsection 3.2.1.9).
2. Prepare 16 clear plastic bags, and number them from 1 to 16. You can also do a box with 16 compartments.
3. Remove the first drive lever valves, remove the hole in the cylinder head gidroregulyator and put in a bag together with the lever, following the operating position of the parts.
A warning

Gidroregulyator should be stored only in the working position. When stored in a horizontal or inverted position inside the controller gets the air that must be removed before the assembly following the guidelines set forth in claims 9 and 10 (see Fig.

4. Remove the ends of the valve spacers and guide wheels, put these items in a bag together with gidroregulyatorom.
5. Repeat steps according to claim 3 and remove the valve levers, gidroregulyatory, spacers and guide wheels remaining valves. Do not confuse the arms and gidroregulyatory, otherwise these items will be subject to increased wear.

Checking the Status

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the contact surface of the lever with a cam rapredvala, the presence on the surface of wear and damage. If the lever is worn, the cam camshaft, too, will experience increased wear (see. Subsection 3.2.1.9). If necessary, replace the lever.
2. Check for signs of wear on the power gidroregulyatorah and paired holes in the cylinder head. If you have the necessary measurement tools, the degree of wear can be set using direct measurements. To do this, measure the inner diameter of the holes in the cylinder head gidroregulyator and outer diameter gidroregulyatora. The gap is the difference in gidroregulyatore these diameters. Compare the value obtained with the regulatory clearance specified in section (see. Subsection 3.2.1.1). If necessary, replace worn parts.
3. Check for signs of wear on the disc guide arm and replace if necessary.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before assembly is necessary to check the thickness of each remote lining to determine suitability for further use. This operation is particularly necessary in the case will be established new valves and valve seats, or if the valves subjected to repolishing. The procedure for checking the thickness of the pads is described in the claims. 2-5. If the cylinder head has not been repaired, and the measurement of the thickness of the pads is impractical, then keep the assembly Guided see. and more.
2. Install the guide disk drive arm on the end of the valve at which the disc has been removed (it is very important to see. Claim 13). Fasten the cylinder head dial indicator, bring the movable legs indicator probe into contact with the stop surface of the guide disc in contact with the lever of the valve actuator. Set the dial indicator to zero.
3. Then carefully lift the tube legs and turn the indicator light is strictly parallel to the original position. Bring the indicator probe is in contact with the end of the other valve, which will act on the lever, i.e. the second valve of the same cylinder.

A warning

When you turn the indicator must move strictly parallel to the original position, otherwise the readings will be erroneous.

4. Read the indicator reading that is equal to the distance between the end of the valve stem and the stop surface of the guide disk, which affects the valve actuator lever, record this reading. To ensure a strictly parallel movement of the indicator of the head during the measurement, rotate the crown back to the original position in which the probe contacts the indicator stop surface of the guide disc. Indicator reading when you return to the original position should be zero. Repeat the measurement described above, for each pair of inlet and exhaust valves of all cylinders. The results of measurements record.
5. On the basis of these measurements, determine the appropriate thickness of spacers for each pair of valves. The thickness of the pad should be exactly equal to the result of the measurement, however, is set by the manufacturer within the tolerance of ? 0,025 mm.
A warning

In spare parts gasket with a thickness of 2,800 to 3,200 mm in increments of 0.025 mm.

6. The value of the thickness deposited on the bottom surface of the gasket (for example, 2875 is 2.875 mm in thickness), however, highly desirable to measure the actual thickness replaceable gasket micrometer as possible reduction in thickness due to wear.
7. Install the spacers to the appropriate valve, ensure the surface is marked facing down.
8. If the pad thickness was measured, set the guide wheels and the adjustment spacers (indicated by arrows) in the corresponding valves, make sure that the surface of the pads labeled facing down.
9. Before installing gidroregulyatorov make sure there is no air inside them. To do this, press the plunger controller (in this case should be in the upright position, the plunger facing upward) movement of the plunger should not be felt. If the plunger is moved by more than 1.0 mm, the inside air present gidroregulyatora. If detected air from entering the controller or if installing a new regulator, the air must be removed, proceed as follows.
A warning

With the engine running the air from spontaneously gidroregulyatorov not removed. If the regulators will be installed without removing the air got inside, they disrupted the normal operation and increased noise will be heard.

10. Prepare a small container of a size slightly larger than gidroregulyatora and bars (e.g. a segment of the welding electrode), which passes through an opening in the plunger knob. Fill the container with clean oil to the engine, a brand which corresponds to the engine flooded, gidroregulyator dip into the vessel with oil, observing vertical working position (the plunger facing up). Enter the rod into the opening in the plunger and gently push the ball valve control (see. Fig. Bleeding gidroregulyatora). Hold the rod in this position, slowly move the plunger up and down. The air flows out of the space below the ball valve. Once the bubbles stop coming out from the top of gidroregulyatora release the plunger and remove the rod, and then the ball valve closes.
A warning

When you release the plunger hold the ball valve in the open position.

11. Remove gidroregulyator from the vessel and check the stroke of the plunger (see. P. 9).
12. After removing the air from gidroregulyatorov install them into the cylinder head in place.
13. reinsert leverage the valve, pay attention to proper engagement with the levers gidroregulyatorami and guide discs.
A warning

Closure levers which are engaged with the spacers and the guide bush differ in width. The end of the lever remote from the gasket is somewhat broader than the part apravlyayuschey sleeve. If the lever does not match the valve, the end of the arm does not go down into the slot on the end of the guide sleeve.

14. Install the camshafts (see. Subsection 3.2.1.9).
