Chain tensioner, damper and sprocket drive



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Chain tensioner
1. Drain the oil from the engine and remove the filter (see. Subsection 2.2.1). In case of damage during removal of the filter, replace the filter.
2. Remove the two nuts and remove the chain tensioner to the rear of the cylinder head. Remove the O-ring.
A warning

When removing the tensioner, crankshaft rotation is not allowed.


Chain damper
3. Remove the cover of a chain drive (see. Subsection 3.2.1.6).
4. Remove chain tensioner.
5. Release and remove the screws, remove the pacifier.
The shoe chain tensioner
6. Remove the drive chain (see. Subsection 3.2.1.6).
7. Remove the bolt axis shoe chain tensioner and remove the shoe from the engine block.
8. Remove the chain tensioner.
9. Remove the bolt axis of the shoe and remove the shoe.
The upper guide
10. Remove the cylinder head cover (see. Subsection 3.2.1.4).
11. Remove the screws and remove the guide from the cylinder head.
Chain Sprockets
12. Remove the chain sprocket and the camshaft (see. Subsection 3.2.1.7). If the chain is not removed, then unscrew bolts of asterisks of both camshafts (see. To claim 9 subsection 3.2.1.7), put identification marks on the gears, at assemblage to establish in its place.

See. Subsection 3.2.1.7.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Chain tensioner
1. Make sure the contact surfaces clean tensioner and cylinder head cover.
2. Release the lock lever tensioner (1), push the plunger into the housing and lock in this position hook, throwing it on the pin plug (2).
3. Replace the new gasket flange tensioner and the groove body lay a new O-ring.
4. Install tensioner, making sure that the arrow on the flange facing away from the cylinder head. Put the washers and tighten the nuts to the specified torque tensioner. After tightening the nuts of the mounting hook should automatically come out of engagement with the pin, releasing the plunger.
Chain damper
5. Install the damper circuit to the engine block and tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
6. Install the tensioner (see. Pp. 1-4).
7. Establish a cover of a chain drive (see. Subsection 3.2.1.6).
The shoe chain tensioner
8. Set the shoe chain tensioner on the cylinder block and tighten the axle bolt to specified torque.
9. Replace the tensioner (see. Pp. 1-4).
10. Establish a cover of a chain drive (see. Subsection 3.2.1.6).
The upper guide
11. Install the top chain guide in the cylinder head and tighten bolts with the set moment.
12. Install the cylinder head cover (see. Subsection 3.2.1.4).
Sprockets Drive Chain
13. Install the chain and sprocket (see. Subsection 3.2.1.7).
14. If the chain is not removed, then put an asterisk on the respective camshafts, guided by the labels put at dismantling. During assembly, ensure that labeling accurately aligned. Tighten bolts of asterisks, wearing on their washers and tighten bolts with the set moment.
