1. Place the car on a manual brake, then lift the front of the car and establish on supports. Disconnect the battery from weight. |
2. Remove the screws and remove the plastic cover under the engine. |
3. Drain the oil from the engine. After the oil drain, clean the drain plug, and tighten the screw with the specified torque. If the work is done at maturity oil and filter change, it is also recommended to replace the filter. After assembly, fill the engine with fresh oil. |

6. Unscrew the bolts and remove the valve stem from the base plate of the aluminum pan. |

10. Release and remove the four screws on the central spar to the body, remove the spar assembly and remove from under the vehicle. Remove the stop ring, which is mounted between the rear support and the bracket. |
11. On vehicles equipped with air conditioning, release and remove the bolts of the lower arm of the compressor unit to the aluminum pan. A warning The compressor itself is not necessary to remove.

| 12. Remove the two screws lining the pan. |

13. Remove the cover, after which access will be provided to the two nuts securing the pallet. |
| 14. In the reverse sequence shown in the figure, remove the nuts and bolts of the aluminum pan to the bottom of the cylinder. |
| 15. Remove the two screws (1) of the flange portion of the oil pan to the crankcase transmission. These bolts must be screwed into the adjacent threaded holes (2), and use them to remove the oil pan from the engine block by screwing. Tighten the screws to lock in the split plane of the cylinder, then tighten the bolts alternately, gradually increasing force, thus ensuring uniform without removing distortions from the base pan cylinder. |
| 16. Remove the aluminum pan and turn out the bolts used to separate the pan from the engine block. |
A warning On vehicles equipped with automatic transmission, for removing the pallet may need to disconnect a cable from the transmission selector lever.

17. While the pallet is removed, unscrew the two screws and remove the frame from the crankshaft main bearing caps with oil receiver coarse filter and valve stem plate. Remove the O-ring installed between the filter and the oil receiver timing chain cover. Rinse the strainer in solvent. Check for blockages or breaks in the grid filter oil receiver. If any signs of damage, replace the oil receiver assembly with strainer. |
18. Check for signs of damage to the rubber bushings of the central spar, if necessary, replace the sleeve. |
