| 1. Thoroughly clean the sealing surfaces of the cover and the cylinder head, completely remove traces of oil. Apply a drop of sealant semicircular sample in the cylinder head (indicated by arrows). |
| 2. Place in the groove on the cover rubber gasket, having tracked correctness styling throughout. |
| 3. Place the O-ring seal and the spark plugs of the central pin. If necessary, fix the pre-lubricated seals them with a thin layer of sealant. |
| 4. Apply a drop of sealant pad about 1 cm on both sides of the semicircular edges of the sample under the cover rear neck exhaust camshaft. |
| 5. Carefully place the cylinder head cover in place, and the displacement of the rubber sealing cap is not allowed. |

6. Make sure that the cover, then replace the cover studs rubber seals, washers and tighten the nuts. |
7. Upset cover, then wrap and lightly tighten the central nut (N 1) and the four screws at the corners of the cover in the following sequence: 10, 11, 13 and 8. Tighten caps in this sequence (see. Fig. Sequence of tightening the nuts mounting the cylinder head cover), loosen and remove the nuts fixing the cylinder head cover with the set moment. |
7. Attach the cover to the crankcase ventilation hoses, fix collars. |
8. Attach a hose to the bottom of the separator, the separator set in place and tighten the screws. Put the hose fitting on the oil separator cover and attach the clamp. |
9. Connect the high-voltage wires to the spark plugs without breaking the old order, and insert the wire into the bracket. Connect the battery to weight. |
