Classical ignition system



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. Disconnect the high-voltage wire from a cover 1 (see. Fig. The ignition distributor) distributor.
3. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the vacuum corrector 19.
4. Disconnect the low-voltage side of the distributor.
5. Remove the cover 1 distributor, first removing the screen 21.
6. Set the first cylinder in the TDC (see. P. 5 subsection 2.2.1 for engines in volume of 1,1 and 1,3 liter or p. 9, sub-section 2.2.2 for engines of 1.6 liters). This slider should stop opposite the mark (notch on the body) of the distributor, as shown in the figure.
7. Remove bolts 20 (see. Fig. The distributor of ignition) (the engine capacity of 1.6 liters unscrew the bolt of the distributor) and remove the ignition distributor.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the ignition distributor in reverse order. When installing the crankshaft should be in a position where the first cylinder piston is at TDC.
2. Turn the slider so that it is located opposite the mark on the distributor.
3. Engine 1.6-liter roller turn the oil pump so that the protrusion on the shaft is parallel to the crankshaft of the engine.
4. If, after installation of the distributor of the slider is not against the mark on the body, turn the valve and only then tighten the bolts of the distributor.
5. After the installation of the distributor to adjust the ignition timing.
