Removing and installing intake manifold of the diesel engine SDI
The intake manifold of the diesel engine SDI 1 - the upper part of the intake manifold;
2 - Screw, 10 Nm;
3 - screw with internal hexagon 15 Nm;
4 - a sealing ring. When installing, use a new sealing ring;
5 - the lower part of the intake manifold;
6 - Valve EGR system; | 7 - a bolt with hexagon 25 Nm;
8 - seal. When installing a new seal must be used;
9 - a bolt with hexagon 20 Nm;
10 - the air filter;
11 - valve engine intake manifold;
12 - an arm |
When carrying out work on the cylinder head only enough to remove the upper part of the intake manifold. Withdrawal | PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Remove the pipe connecting the intake manifold and air filter. | | 2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the intake manifold of the engine valve (11). | | 3. Remove the upper part of the intake manifold (1) and remove the seal (4). | | 4. Remove the lower part of the intake manifold. At the same time, unscrew the clamp valve EGR system in the intake manifold. | | 5. Remove the lower part of the intake manifold from the cylinder head. |

Setting | PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Clean the mating surfaces of the intake manifold and cylinder head. | | 2. Replace all seals. | | 3. The further installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
