Removing and installing V-ribbed belt
Belt drive without air-conditioning system Belt drive with the air conditioning system Withdrawal PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Remove the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment. | 2. On the diesel TDI engine, loosen the clamps and remove the pipe connecting the radiator and the air nadduvaemogo turbocharger. | 3. If the belt is repeatedly established, using a marker or paint, mark the direction of rotation of the belt. | | 4. Loosen and remove the V-ribbed belt. To this end, using a wrench, turn the V-belt tensioning mechanism anti-clockwise and remove the V-ribbed belt, starting with the generator. |

Setting PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Using a wrench of 16 mm turn the V-ribbed belt tensioner clockwise and set the V-ribbed belt on the motor pulley. At least, set the V-ribbed belt for the alternator pulley. When re-installing the belt to install it in accordance with the previously applied by the arrow. | 2. Slowly release the tension mechanism, thus there will be an automatic V-belt tension. | 3. TDI diesel engines set the pipe connecting the radiator and the air nadduvaemogo turbocharger and secure it with clamps. | 4. Start the engine and check the belt. | 5. Establish the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment. |
