Removal and installation of a flywheel

A Turn the handwheel so that the bolts in the center stood the holes (Fig. 2.147).

NOTE
To avoid damage when removing the dual-mass flywheel, the screws can not be unscrewed in a pneumatic screwdriver. Unscrews the bolts in the permitted only by hand.

When loosening the bolts in, make sure that the bolt head is not stuck on the flywheel.

Installation of counter support

Insert the counter support in the hole on the cylinder block (Fig. 2.148).
Mark position of flywheel on the drive.
Remove the flywheel.

Setting
Install in reverse order, with the following should be considered.
The bolts must be replaced.
Torque: two-mass flywheel to the crankshaft - 60 Nm + 90 ?� (1/4 turn)
