Removing and installing valve 1 control valve timing

Disconnect the connector 1 (Fig. 2.134).
Remove the screws and remove the valve 1 variable valve timing system of the body.

NOTE
Seals and O-rings must always be replaced.

Installation
Moisten the O-ring with engine oil.

NOTE
On 1 valve variable valve timing system and in the housing should not be contamination.
The new valve 1 variable valve timing system to get out of the packaging immediately before installation.

Carefully insert the valve 1 in the shifter housing and push it by hand until it stops, vertically relative to the axis of the valve.
Tighten the screws to 4 Nm.
Further assemblage is carried out, respectively, in the reverse order of removal.
