Removing and installing drive plate
Loosening and screwing the slave drive
Counter support secure with hex bolt M8h45 on the slave drive. Between the counter support and the driven disc set two hexagon nuts M10 (Fig. 2.149). Position A counter support for loosening, tightening in.
Installing the drive plate
Install the clutch disc using the washer with the slots 1 (Fig. 2.150). Insert and tighten to a torque of 30 Nm 3 new bolts.

The value of A measure in three places and calculate the average value (Fig. 2.151). The nominal value of 19,5-21,1 mm.
NOTE It is measured through a hole in the slave drive to the milled surface of the cylinder. If nominal value is not reached Once again, remove the clutch disc using 2 shims (Fig. 2.150). Again tighten the bolts to a torque of 3 Nm 30. |
Tighten bolts to 60 Nm and tighten on 90 ?� (1/4 turn) (dotyazhka can be performed in a number of approaches).
