Removing and installing V-ribbed belt

Remove V-ribbed belt

Remove the soundproofing screen.

Mark direction of travel V-ribbed belt.

To loosen the tensioner V-ribbed belt, turn on the arrow (Fig. 2.135).

Secure tensioning element with the locking pin (Fig. 2.136).

Remove ribbed belt.

Installing the V-ribbed belt

Install in reverse order, with the following should be considered.

When installing poly V-belt Check the direction of rotation and correct seating of the belt on the belt pulley.

The last route the V-ribbed belt pulley on the compressor.

After the installation work, always start the engine and check the progress of the belt.
