Withdrawal
A warning

Plug the coiled cable is an integral part of the combined switch and served as a separate part.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the driver's airbag.
2. Remove the nut of the steering wheel. Put combination labels on a steering shaft and steering wheel to the right to be reinstalled.
3. A stripper, remove a steering wheel.
4. Remove the three screws that secure the spiral wire, disconnect three connectors and remove the body of a spiral wire.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Temporarily according to earlier put labels establish a steering wheel and set the front wheels for movement directly forward.

A warning

Alignment pin connector is used the alignment of the spiral wires when installing the steering wheel to the steering column. Alignment pin comes with a new combined switch and is necessary for the installation of the original spiral wire. Alignment pin has a diameter of 3 mm and a length of 76 mm.


2. Install the spiral wire and fasten with three screws.

Tightening torque: 0.92 N ??? m
3. Turn the central part of the spiral wire clockwise until it stops. Turn the central part of the spiral wire clockwise for 2 1/2 turn and align the arrow on the body and the central part of a spiral wire.
4. Insert the alignment pin into the hole from the front side of the central portion of the helical wires so that it fits into the hole on the back side of the housing.
5. Reinstall the steering wheel, combined the labels put before removal and installation missing a finger through the oblong hole in the steering wheel. Screw the nut on the steering wheel and tighten its demanded moment.

Torque: 39-49 N ??? m
6. Install the driver airbag.
