Removing and installing starter

Starter

1 - connector S;

2 - the upper bolts of a starter;

3 - In the terminal

Bracket support the intake manifold

1 - the upper bolts;

2 - the bottom bolt

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
	2. Remove the top two screws on the intake manifold support bracket.
3. Disconnect S.
4. Remove the nut and disconnect the wire from the terminal B.
5. Remove the two top bolts of fastening of a starter.
6. Lift the car and fix on support.
	7. Remove the bolts and remove a reception exhaust pipe.
	8. Remove the bottom bolt of fastening of an arm of support of an inlet collector.
9. Remove the intake manifold support bracket.
	10. Remove the bottom bolt of fastening of a starter.
11. Remove the starter.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Set the starter to the engine.
	2. Screw the bottom bolt of fastening of a starter. Torque: 37-52 N ??? m
3. Connect the wire into the terminal in the traction relay and secure it with a nut. Torque: 9-12 N ??? m
4. Connect the S.
5. Install the intake manifold support bracket.
6. Replace the three bolts of the bracket to support the intake manifold and tighten the lower bolt. Torque: 37-52 N ??? m
	7. Establish a reception exhaust pipe and fix bolts. Torque: A - 40,2-54,9 N ??? m B - 69-94 N ??? m C - 20,6-27,4 N ??? m
8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Tighten the two top bolts of fastening of an arm of support of an inlet collector. Torque: 37-52 N ??? m
10. Replace the two top bolts of fastening of a starter. Torque: 37-52 N ??? m
	11. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
