Hydraulic control unit (HCU)

1 - the brake pipe;
2 - a socket;
3 - bolts;
4 - an arm of the fuse box;

5 - an arm HCU;
6 - hydraulic control unit (HCU);
7 - the screw

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the three mounting bolts of the fuse box and remove the fuse box with the hydraulic control unit (HCU).
3. Remove the connector cover from the unit. Pull the release latch and disconnect the connector from the hydraulic control unit.
4. nakidnym wrench disconnect the six brake lines. Collect leaking brake fluid. Temporarily close the ends of the tubes with plastic plugs to eliminate the ingress of contaminants.
5. nakidnym wrench, remove the three mounting bolts of the hydraulic control unit and remove the bracket.
6. Temporarily close the holes in the plastic plugs to eliminate the ingress of contaminants.
7. Keep the hydraulic control unit in a protective container.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the hydraulic control unit bracket on the car and fix two bolts.

Torque: 19-25 N ??? m

2. Set the hydraulic control unit into place and secure it with three screws.

Torque: 8-10 N ??? m

3. Reconnect the six brake lines. Tighten the nuts connecting tubes.

Torque: 12-22 N ??? m
4. Connect to the hydraulic control unit.
5. Set the main fuse box mounting bracket and secure the three bolts.
6. Remove air from the hydraulic circuit brake system.
7. Check for leaks of brake fluid.
8. Attach the wire to the negative terminal of the battery.
