Vacuum brake booster



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the brake master cylinder.
2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the unilateral valve of the vacuum brake booster.
3. In the car, remove the spring pin and remove the pin head and the cotter pin hole.
4. Remove the four nuts of the vacuum brake booster.
5. Remove the vacuum brake booster.
6. Remove the spacer arm of the vacuum brake booster.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the brake servo with a new seal on the bulkhead and secure with four nuts.

Torque: 19-26 N ??? m
2. Set pin with a head and an aperture under the pin and secure it with a new spring cotter pin.
3. From the engine compartment, connect the vacuum hose to the one-way valve of the vacuum brake booster.
4. Install the brake master cylinder to the brake servo and fix two bolts.

Torque: 9,8-16 N ??? m
5. Connect the brake pipes and tighten the nuts connecting tubes.

Torque: 13-22 N ??? m
6. Connect the brake fluid level.
7. Fill the tank popolnitelny brake system with brake fluid up to the MAX mark.
8. Remove air from the hydraulic circuit brake system.
9. Check for leaks of brake fluid.
10. Check and, if necessary, adjust the height of installation of a pedal and brake pedal free wheeling.
