Parking brake



Parking brake

1 - shift knob;

A warning

Set the parking brake switch so that it came into contact with the parking brake lever when the lever - fully lowered.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the gear knob.
2. Remove the two screws securing the lining of the central console backlighting after disconnecting the cigarette lighter.
3. Remove the four screws and the two screws at the rear of the center console and remove the central console.
4. Remove the adjusting nuts.
5. Remove two mounting bolts securing the parking brake lever assembly to the bottom of the car.
6. Remove the screw that secures the switch to the parking brake lever assembly.

A warning

If the vehicle has recently moved, the exhaust system is hot.


7. Remove the recoil spring and release the two rear parking brake cable from the front of the cable.
8. Pull the front parking brake cable from the rubber seal.
9. If you want to remove one or both of the rear parking brake cable, remove the clips holding the cable cover to the bottom of the body.
10. Remove the bolt and the two nuts securing each rear parking brake cable to the bottom of the body.
11. Remove the clamp securing the parking brake cable sheath to a brake board.
12. Remove the parking brake cable from the back of the brake pad and pull it from the brake shield.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert the parking brake cable through the brake board and fix the cable clamp shell.
2. Attach the parking brake cable on the rear brake pads.
3. Lay the back of the rope on the bottom of the car and fix its bolt and two nuts.

Torque:
Bolts: 10.7 N ??? m
Nuts: 19-26 N ??? m
4. Clip the front of the rear parking brake cable to the underbody.
5. If the front part of the cable is removed, insert it through the rubber seal and connect the front and back of the parking brake cable.
6. In the car, connect the cable to the front of the parking brake lever and screw the adjusting nut.
7. Attach the control cable clamp.
8. If you shoot, set the parking brake switch and secure it with the screw.
9. Install the parking brake lever on the bottom of the vehicle and secure it with two screws.

Torque: 19-26 N ??? m
10. Adjust the parking brake.
11. Install the center console and fix two bolts and four screws.
12. Connect the cigarette lighter and set the trim center console.
13. Set the gear lever.
