Removal, check of a condition of components and installation of the stabilizer bar
Withdrawal Details of installation of the stabilizer bar shown in the illustration details the installation stabilizer bar front suspension. | - Post the car off the ground.
- Remove the front wheels.
- Remove the protection casing elements.
- Remove the bolts of stabilizer struts to the frame.
- Give nuts stabilizer bar to tip the ball stud bolt axle forks struts on the lower control arm.
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove the rack from the top of the bar and collars of their fastening.

Check | - Clean the stabilizer components from dirt and check for metal parts for cracks, deformation and other mechanical damage. Assess the rubber plugs rack stabilizer.

Setting | | - Get the upper ends of the legs (1) of the stabilizer into its support brackets on the frame and tighten the mounting bolts loose.
|
| - Hook the clamps (2) of the base of the Uprights (1).
|
| - Pre-moistened with soapy water, put on the stabilizer bar rubber bushings and place them correctly with respect to deposited yellow or white paint landing labels.
|
- Start bar in collars and a couple of screw threads Stirrup bolts.
- Put the ends of the rod tip toes on the ball rack and axial bolts holding the head, tighten the retaining nuts with demanded effort (43 ÷ 45 Nm).
- Tighten with demanded effort Stirrup bolts racks (21.5 ÷ 26.5 Nm), then bolts to the frame struts (37 ÷ 46 Nm).
- Install the crankcase, the wheels and lower the car to the ground. Do not forget to tighten the wheel bolts.
