Removal, service and installation of the executive cylinder drive clutch
 | Hit the brake fluid on the painted surface of the body is associated with the risk of damage to paintwork - accidental splashes should be removed immediately with a dry cloth or a clean paper towel! |
Withdrawal Details of the installation of the executive cylinder drive clutch
| | - Using the Allen wrench to release the cutting head nut connecting pipe to a flexible hose hydraulic path of a drive clutch, - mating connector choke hold spanner. Immediately plug the open ends of the lines to prevent dirt from entering the canal.
 | Try not to twist the hose. |
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove the slave cylinder.
Service In the case, disassemble the cylinder, - the removal of the components made in the order of their numbering. An order of dismantling of the executive cylinder drive clutch
| - Lay the removed components on a clean surface and wash them with brake fluid.
- Estimate degree of deterioration of the piston and the cylinder bore cup, check for a weak return spring. Defective components replace.
- Installation is in the reverse order, the edges of the piston and the cup before filling the cylinder should be lubricated with clean brake fluid. Make sure to choke the flexible hose connector has been tightened with demanded effort (16 ÷ 23 Nm).
Setting | | - Installation is the reverse order of disassembly of components - check compliance with the requirements of Specifications of the Head Transmission Line to the efforts of a tightening of threaded fasteners to tighten the flare nuts, use the spanner wrench with a slotted head (do not forget to fill the lock between the support bracket and choke nut connecting pipe). Do not forget to pump the hydraulic path.
 | Flare nut should properly fall into the hexagonal recess groove. Try also to avoid kinking the hose. |
Bleeding the hydraulic path | | - Removal of a hydraulic path of a drive clutch air pockets produced through pumping valve body of the executive cylinder.
- Check the fluid level in the reservoir GTZ, - during a pumping tank must be filled at least 3/4.
- Remove the protective cap and pull on the valve pumping segment vinyl hose suitable size. The second end into a transparent container partially filled with brake fluid.
- Have an assistant several times slowly depress the clutch pedal, and then lock it in the down position.
- Using the Allen wrench to loosen the cutting head and release valve pumping hydraulic fluid into the receiving container.
- Tighten the valve and repeat the procedure - pumping should continue as long as the cylinder runs out clean and free of air bubbles in the liquid.
 | During the procedure, make sure that the liquid level in the tank GTZ does not fall by more than 1/4 - Failure carries a risk of air being sucked into the hydraulic path of a drive brake and clutch with the need to perform a full pumping both! |
- Finally, tighten the valve pumping with demanded effort (58 ÷ 7.5 Nm) and check of serviceability of functioning of coupling.
