Check / replacement of the electromagnetic valve fuel cut



The solenoid valve on the pump opens the fuel passage when the ignition. It should be checked if the engine does not start or continue to run after switching off the ignition.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Turn on and turn off the ignition. The solenoid valve must click with the distinguishable by ear.
  1. If the valve does not click, check with a voltmeter, is applied thereto when the ignition voltage. They ate no voltage is applied, to find and fix broken wire scheme.
  2. If no problem is found, disconnect the cable and unscrew the valve.
  3. For unscrewing the valve, disconnect the fuel line from the fuel pump, after loosening the clamp.
  4. Disconnect the drive gas.
  5. Connect to Remove solenoid valve power supply voltage of 12 V. The valve stem must be drawn, otherwise replace the valve.
  6. Insert the new valve gasket and tightened to 25 Nm. Connect the cable to the valve.
  7. Connect the fuel and fix its collar.
  8. Attach and adjust the drive gas.
  9. Remove from the air supply system.
