Tempostat (switch mode to maintain a constant speed)



With Tempostat starting from a speed of 40 km / h, it can maintain a constant vehicle speed.

To activate, press the ?�CRUISE MAIN?� in the instrument panel.

To turn off, press again.

Setting the desired vehicle speed

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Accelerate the vehicle to the desired speed (at least 40 km / h).
  2. Quickly press ?�SET?� at the end of the light switch. Do not hold down the button.
  3. Release the accelerator pedal. The set speed is maintained constant.

Increasing the speed of the vehicle

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Press ?�SET?� and keep it pressed. The car will be uniformly accelerated.
  1. Upon reaching the desired speed, release the key.

Reducing vehicle speed

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Install button ?�COAST-RESUME?� on the switch wiper and washer in position ?�COAST?� and hold in this position.
  1. The rate will decline slowly. When the desired speed is reached, release the button. Thereafter, the newly set speed will be maintained constant.

Shutdown

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Press the ?�CRUISE MAIN?�, to turn off the mode to maintain a constant speed.
  2. Slightly depress the brake or clutch pedal.
  3. Set the gear lever (on automatic transmission) to position ?�N?�.
  4. Switch mode constant speed automatically turns off when the vehicle speed is below the 15 km / h.

To re-enable at speeds above 40 km / h

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To return to the last set speed, turn the ?�COAST-RESUME?� right to position ?�RESUME?� release. The car will automatically accelerate to the last set speed. At a speed below 40 km / h constant speed mode switch is turned off, until the speed is over 40 km / h. Then again, turn the ?�COAST-RESUME?� to the right and release it.
  1. The car will automatically accelerate to the speed set before this, and this speed is maintained constant.

  • To speed when overtaking enabled mode to maintain a constant speed depress the accelerator pedal as usual. When you then release the gas pedal, turn the previously set speed.
  • If a strong upward or downward in a mode of maintenance of constant speed vehicle speed may slightly deviate.

Do not set to maintain a constant speed in heavy traffic, which does not have a constant speed, and on a winding, icy, wet or slippery roads.
