PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Operate the washer and wiper wiper and leave work. Switch off the ignition.
A warning

When working on the wiper Remove the ignition key. Moving the lever brush or wiper linkage, starting from the position "1" of the ignition key may engage automatic hold brushes in a starting position. E. Wiper operates in an idle mode until it is located in the rest position. There is a risk of injury!

2. Remove the plastic protective cover (1) and unscrew the Allen bolt (3).
3. Remove the lever up (2) with a wiper blade. At the same time hold the wiper arm on the fastener, thereby preventing the beating of his windshield.
4. Remove the inlet air heating.
5. Remove the protective cover under the windshield wiper.
6. Remove the nuts (1) and bolt (2) to the rubber feet. Bolt (2) is mounted behind the panel of the engine compartment and difficult to reach.
7. Remove the wiper motor with multipin plug.
8. Lift the wiper from a place of support and remove it.
9. Before removing the wiper motor pencil mark mutual position of the lever and wiper linkage. Partly parts are marked as standard.
10. Press on the shaft of the engine of the car crank cheek, after unscrewing the nut (1).
11. Remove the bolts (2), remove the wiper motor.

Setting

A warning

Make sure that the wiper motor is in the rest position. Otherwise, connect the multi-plug. Briefly activate the work of the wiper motor and then turn off using its switch. To do this, briefly switch on the ignition. Then again, disconnect the electrical connection.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Screw the wiper motor bolts (2) to a torque of 5 Nm
2. Align wiper arm with a lever mechanism according to the markings produced during disassembly.
3. Insert the cheek crank shaft of the engine and thus align to crank cheek (3) formed with a lever mechanism (4) wiper line. Tighten the fixing nut (1) with a torque of 20 Nm
4. Insert the wiper into the car and push the multi-plug.
5. Push rubber mount and screw the bolt into it.
6. Screw wiper.
7. Push the wiper lever, screw the Allen bolt and fold the protective cover.
8. Check the test pattern size of the gap (A) between the drive head and the windscreen wiper. It should be 5 mm.
9. If this size is not maintained, then, easing the bolt (2), adjust the clearance between the drive head and the windscreen wiper. At the same time pull the lever of the wiper blade upwards.
10. Then check the probe gap (B) between the wiper arm and brush. If the gap is less than 5 mm and bend the arc of the wiper blade arm towards the windshield is a clearance of about a few amount greater than 5 mm.
11. Install the protective cover for the air inlet of the heating system.
12. Close the engine hood and check the normal operation of the wiper.
13. Install the spare wheel and fix bolts, having tightened them slightly. Lower the wheel. In diagonal sequence tighten the wheel bolts to torque.
