Adjustment and check the carburetor

Check and set the level in the float chamber

Checking the fuel level in the float chamber

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the carburetor.
  2. Remove the solenoid valve.
  3. Remove the float chamber, nozzle and spring.
  4. Turn the carburetor and measure the distance between the highest point of the float of the float chamber and the plane, which should be 17 ? 0.5 mm.
  5. If necessary, adjust the size podgibaniem arm floats.
  6. Set the float chamber, nozzle and spring.
  7. Install the solenoid valve.
  8. Install the carburetor.

Checking dispensing needle

The needle moves freely in the holder, and must therefore be in a precise position. Its surface is processed with high precision, and degrades the slightest wear rate and atomizing fuel; it should not be smoothed areas. The holder is attached conical screw adjacent to the flatted. The plastic washer should be coplanar with the bottom of the piston.

Check the installation of the needle

Checking the diaphragm

Aperture must be intact, undamaged and properly adhere to the bearing surfaces and the installation groove - to support arms. Check the position of the mounting groove.

Set the membrane

Adjusting the start throttle gap

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Without disconnecting the hoses of the cooling system of the engine, remove the three screws that secure the thermostat and remove it from the carburetor.
  2. Remove the shock return of the throttle.
  3. Unscrew the adjusting screw amount of the mixture to a full closing of the throttle.
  4. Disconnect the throttle lever slightly ajar.
  5. Put labels angular position of the throttle.
  6. Adjusting screw amount of the mixture until the angle of the half-open throttle 6 ?.
  7. Install the lever.
  8. The maximum open the throttle lever.
  9. Release the lever and check the position of the throttle valve, which must be 16 ? ? 1 or ? 0.05 mm 0.65.
  10. In the event of adjust lever.
  11. Install and adjust the shock return of the throttle.
  12. Set the thermostat, following its adjustment.

Adjusting the throttle damper

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Run the engine at idle speed, disconnect the vacuum hose and adjusting screw the trigger device, set the engine speed 1200-1400 r / min.
  2. Connect the vacuum hose.
  3. Check the distance between the adjustment screw and the throttle control, which should be at least 0.5 mm.

Adjustable thermostat

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Press hoses heating and disconnect them from the thermostat.
  2. Disconnect and remove the thermostat assembly.
  3. Heat cap thermostat to 20 ? C.
  4. Install cover gasket on the housing of the starting device.
  5. Turn the lid clockwise as long as the lever locks in the middle of the 2nd Sector Profile ajar throttle.
  6. Put labels of mutual position on the lid and the housing of the starting device. Remove old labels if necessary.
  7. Set the thermostat.
  8. Connect the connector.
  9. Attach the heating hoses and remove the air from the engine cooling system.

Quality adjustment (composition) of the mixture on the accelerated idling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Warm up the engine.
  2. Remove the protective cover of the lever of the box starting device.
  3. Slightly open the throttle control lever and place the piston in the 2nd sector of the profile at the level of the throttle control lever.
  4. Start the engine.
  5. Additional air adjusting screw Get a predetermined carbon monoxide (CO) in the exhaust gases.

Adjusting the idle speed and carbon monoxide (CO) in the exhaust gas

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Warm up the engine.
  2. Make sure that the idle throttle damper is not limited by the return lever or the fast idle speed.
  3. Adjusting screw lever Achieve normal frequency of the crankshaft idling.
  4. Check and adjust the content of carbon monoxide (CO) in the exhaust gases. To do this, remove the plug from the solenoid valve and unscrew it to increase the CO content and vice versa.
