Removal and installation of the electromagnetic shut-off valve




Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the solenoid valve.
  2. Loosen the lock nut.
  3. Remove the solenoid valve from the float chamber, exposing the vessel to collect gasoline.


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check the nozzle and state seals.
  2. Replace defective parts.
  3. Lubricate oil seals with engine oil and install the solenoid valve assembly; the distance between the highest point of the float of the float chamber and the plane should be 25 ?� 0.5 mm.
  4. Connect the connector and adjust the quality (composition) of the mixture.
  5. Tighten the lock nut locking solenoid valve.
