Adjusting the engine idling

Idle speed control must be performed on the engine is warm (60 ?� C) to adjust the clearance in the mechanism of distribution and the right to set the ignition timing.

Adjusting the fast idle speed

Press the lever on the engine is warm and adjust fast idle speed screw amount of the mixture.

Quality adjustment (composition) of a mixture of fast idling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the air filter.
  2. Set Simulator 13 0000 air filter hose attached it to the air filter and cylinder head.
  3. 1 adjustment screw amount of the mixture (see. Photo) set the proper speed of the crankshaft of the engine idling.
  4. Remove the exhaust manifolds of the plugs and screw them in place sensors 13 0020.
  5. Connect the analyzer and adjusting screws 2 (for the rear exhaust manifold) and 3 (for the front exhaust manifold), quality (composition) Achieve a given mixture of carbon monoxide (CO) in the exhaust gases.
  6. After adjustment set in the hole for the adjusting screws of quality mixture of 2 or 3 new plastic plugs blue.
