Removal and installation of the oil pump motor M 102

Withdrawal

The oil pump can be removed on the car after removing the timing cover.


Lubrication of the intermediate shaft

B - on engines with fuel injection

1 - eccentric fuel pump

2 - the tube supplying oil to the exciter


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the pump cover maslozabornuyu pipe.
  2. Remove the oil pump cover.
  3. Remove the oil pump gear.
  4. Check the condition of the gear, put them back on and check the clearances.
  5. With a tight rotation of the gear clearance limits are exceeded, and if damaged, replace the entire set of gear pinions.

Setting

At installation replace all gaskets and note the position of the suction pipe laying and Tightening the hub of the crankshaft pulley. Pour the engine oil.

Asterisk oil pump drive can be installed in only one position. Install the oil pump is carried out in reverse order.
