Removing and installing vibration damper / belt pulley
Details of installation of the vibration damper / pulley drive belt motor 612 Series

- Remove the accessory drive belt (1).
- With the help of a special device (3), lock the flywheel / drive disk.
- Remove the central bolt (4) and remove it with a plate washer (5).
- With the help of a stripper remove dvuhnozhechnogo assembly pulley / vibration damper (6).
- Carefully review the state of the damper hub / pulley, if necessary, replace.
- Replace radial seal in crankshaft (see. Section Removal and installation of the motor off the inlet port (612 series engine)).
- Installation is in the reverse order.

- Remove the lower section of the soundproofing.
- Remove the electric cooling fan.
- Set the screen to protect the radiator / condenser K / V.
- Remove the air hose right lower air pipe / cooler charge air tract.
- Remove the accessory drive belt.
- Disconnect hoses from the cooling path of the water pump.
- Hold the pulley against rotation using the tool (2), loosen the central screw (1).
- If necessary, having hooked a suitable screwdriver, remove the vibration damper / pulley (3).
- Installation is in the reverse order.
