Removal and installation of the switch of the front canopy on the ceiling

1. Disconnect the negative (-) cable of the battery when the ignition is off. You must first remove the air filter box of the passenger compartment.

Before disconnecting the cable, find out the radio security code, if any, address to Section Replacement of the battery.

2. Using a plastic wedge, for example, HAZET 1965-20, remove the ceiling light of the retaining spring (arrow in the illustration) of the headlining.

3. Lower the ceiling light down and pull forward out of the holder.
4. Disconnect the connector and remove the ceiling light ceiling.

1. Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
2. Attach a weight cable (-) battery when the ignition is switched off. Replace the cabin air filter box. If necessary, enter the code for the radio and set the time on the clock.
