Removing and installing dashboard

1. Disconnect the negative (-) cable of the battery when the ignition is off. You must first remove the air filter box of the passenger compartment.

Before disconnecting the cable, find out the radio security code, if any, address to Section Replacement of the battery.

To save the recorded data in the electronic memory of the dashboard, before disconnecting the battery, connect to the car a special auxiliary power supply, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

2. Release the steering wheel, pull it all the way back, and then down. Electric adjustment steering wheel: Install a similar position.

3. Enter the splines (arrow in the illustration) to the stop on the left and right of the dashboard (2) Suction hooks (1).

4. Turn the hooks 90 ?�, push up the lock (3) and release.

The direction of rotation of the right slot - clockwise, the left slot - counterclockwise.

5. Pull the dashboard using the hook of the instrument panel.
6. Release the connector on the back of the instrument panel connector and disunite. Remove the dashboard.

7. STO is used for this purpose, special exhaust hooks 140 589 02 33 00. The hooks can also make yourself a wire diameter of 2 - 2.5 mm. a = 1 cm b = 10 cm c = about 7 cm d = 2 - 2.5 cm

8. Remove the cover of the dashboard and remove the body.
9. Remove from the housing the electronic card.

1. Insert the electronic board into the body of the instrument panel. At the same time, take care that the correct position was reset button day kilometer counter.
2. Put the lid on the housing and fix on foot.
3. Dock connector of the dashboard and fix it.
4. Plug in the dashboard instrument panel, evenly push and secure. It does not distort the dashboard.
5. Set the steering wheel to the normal position.
6. Attach a weight cable (-) battery when the ignition is switched off. Replace the cabin air filter box. If necessary, enter the code for the radio and set the time on the clock.
