Removal and installation of support of the power unit



Front support

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.
  2. Prop up the engine a jack for loading distribution lay between a head of a jack and wood block oil pan.

When jacking engine, be careful - if you raise the engine too high, will be loaded with wire, drive cables, as well as the radiator and fuel hoses.

  1. Give nut pillows engine mounts to the bracket, remove the washer.
  2. Give bolts engine mounts to the chassis of the car.
  3. Slightly lift the engine and remove the support.
  4. If necessary, the bracket can be removed from the engine after the give fastening bolts.

Soaked with oil, rubber engine mounts to be replaced. It should identify and correct the cause of the leak in order to prevent the rapid failure of the new support.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. If the support arm was removed from the engine, set it in place and tighten the mounting bolts to 77 ÷ 98 Nm.
  2. Do not tighten the fasteners with the rest of the final torque (77 ÷ 98 Nm) until such time as the entire mass of the engine will not be moved to its support.

Back support

Location back support of the power unit on the chassis crossmember

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.
  2. Support the transmission jack to load paving between the head of a jack and wood block transmission housing.
  3. Give nuts of support to the cross beam.
  4. Give the mounting bolts to the transmission.
  5. Slightly lift the transmission, taking care not to damage wiring or floor panel and remove the support from the transmission.

Oil soaked rubber feet to be replaced. It should identify and correct the cause of the leak in order to prevent the rapid failure of the new support.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is in the reverse order.
  2. Do not tighten the fasteners with a final effort of 77 ÷ 98 Nm up until the entire weight of the power unit will not be transferred to the support.
