Suspension parts of the power unit
Checking the Status
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. If you want to extend your workspace, lift the front of the car and establish on supports. | 2. Verify that the power train supports cracks, solidification, peeling rubber from the metal substrate. Upon detection of at least one of these and replace damaged bearings. | 3. Check tightness of all screw connections of poles, if possible, check the torque with a torque wrench. | 4. Check the wear of bearings. To do this, a large screwdriver to pry the support, crowbar or tire iron and shake, thereby verifying a free wheeling. If you check in this way is not possible, ask the assistant to shake the power unit back and forth and from side to side and watch the towers themselves. For new towers allowed a slight backlash, with excessive play in the bearings are easily detected signs of increased wear. If found in supports a large backlash, first check the tightness of bolts and nuts, and replace worn parts, guided by the following description. |
| Right support
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Disconnect the battery from weight. | 2. Place under the engine stand, pre-paving between the platform and the engine supports a block of wood or board. Lift up the stand so that the platform was perceived weight of the power unit. | 3. Remove the nut, and pinch bolt, then remove the screws and remove the right support from the engine compartment. Remove the rubber pads that are installed on both sides of the support bracket from the body. | 4. If necessary, loosen the bolts and remove the motor bracket with the right support of the power unit. | 5. Carefully check for signs of wear or damage on all parts of the supports, if necessary, replace parts. | 6. When assembling the right support, attach to the motor bracket, wrapped bolts (if the arm was filmed), then tighten the bolts to the specified torque. | 7. Install the rubber pads on the support arm from the body, make sure that the pins pillows went into the corresponding bracket holes. Establish a support bracket and tighten bolts with the set moment. | 8. Insert the coupling bolt and tighten the nut bearing bolts with the set moment. Remove from under the engine stand. | 9. Connect the battery to weight. |
| Left support
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Remove the battery and tray. | 2. Place under the engine stand, pre-paving between the platform and the engine supports a block of wood or board. Lift up the stand so that the platform was perceived weight of the power unit. | 3. Loosen and remove the coupling bolt support, then remove the three bolts of fastening of a support to the transmission housing and slide to the side support. Remove the rubber pads mounted on both sides of the bracket. If necessary, loosen the bracket bolts from the engine compartment. | 4. Loosen and remove the coupling bolt support, then remove the three bolts of fastening of a support to the transmission housing and slide to the side support. Remove the rubber pads mounted on both sides of the bracket. If necessary, loosen the bracket bolts from the engine compartment. | 5. Carefully check for signs of wear or damage on all parts of the supports, if necessary, replace parts. | 6. When assembling the left support secure the bracket by tightening the bolts (if the arm was filmed) and tighten the bolts to the specified torque. | 7. Install the rubber pads on the bracket, be sure that the pins pillows went into the corresponding bracket holes, back support post, setting in place. Tighten mounting bolts to the transmission housing, tighten the bolts to the specified torque. | 8. Insert the coupling bolt and tighten the nut bearing bolts with the set moment. | 9. Remove the stand from under the engine. Install the battery and tray. |

Front support - Car sedan and hatchback (with manual gearbox)
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Set the parking brake, lift the front of the car and establish on supports. Disconnect the battery from weight. To expand the workspace unscrew the screws and remove the lower cover mudguards engine and transmission. | 2. Mark the position of the marks of a coupling bolt in the front support bracket to the assembly set screw on these labels. | 3. Install a stand under the engine, pre-paving between the platform and the engine supports a block of wood or board. Lift up the stand so that the platform was perceived weight of the power unit. | 4. Remove the nut and get a coupling bolt support. | 5. Remove the screws and remove the bracket from the front of the engine. | 6. Carefully check for signs of wear or damage on all parts of the supports, if necessary, replace parts. If you need to replace the rubber pad support, then press out the pillow from the central spar. Install a new pad, pre-moistened with water and soap (or detergent) to facilitate the press-fit. | 7. Install the engine support bracket and tighten bolts with the set moment. | 8. Insert the coupling bolt support, slightly tighten the nut. Align the power unit so that the coupling bolt exactly aligned with the labels put before removal, tighten the pinch bolt to the specified torque. | 9. Remove the rack from under transaxle housing. | 10. Install shields, tighten the screws, lower the car and connect the battery to the ground. |
