Additional air valve

A warning

Additional air supply valve is not sold separately. If the valve is defective, replace the entire unit adjusting the air supply when the engine is idling. This unit is attached to the intake manifold, and includes an additional air supply valve, solenoid increasing the engine speed at idle speed adjusting screw and idling.

An additional air supply valve is located on the right side of the intake manifold.

Before his removal, disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Refitting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the connection from the solenoid valve.

2. Turn off fixing screws, then remove the valve from the intake manifold with a plunger and a spring.

3. Check the valve plug and spring-loaded for signs of wear or damage and replace them if necessary.

4. Installation is spent upside-down removals. Check the installation of the plunger and spring.
