Brake servo - removal and installation



1. Remove the master cylinder.
2. Disconnect the hose.
3. Remove the stem of the amplifier from the brake pedal, removing the shaft (see photo).
4. Remove the 4 screws and remove the amplifier from the engine compartment.
5. Installation is performed in reverse order. Before installation check the cylinder dimensions A and B (photo), adjust if necessary. If you adjust the size A change of more than 0.5 mm, replace the amplifier because of its complete deterioration.

6. Pump the brakes.
