Handbrake shoes (disk brakes at the rear) - Removal, installation and adjustment
Withdrawal 1. Remove the rear disc brake. 2. Remove the pressure spring pads, which press the cap and turn it 90 ?� (photo). 3. Slide the brake pads on the board (photo), remove two springs, guide and girth. 4. Spread the pads on the top and remove the flange axis, disconnect the cable from the hand brake lever 5. Remove the spring and the regulator, promayte details in solvent and lubricate the threaded portion with grease. 6. If the pads are changed, set the slave handbrake lever to the new block.

| 9.3 Release the pad, apply and remove the return spring |
Setting 7. Hook on the spring for the regulator block and set the regulator. Make sure the slots on the controller went to the ends of the pad. 8. Lightly pad the places that come into contact with the brake shield (photo). 9. Connect the cable to the lever on the block. 10. Dilute the pad and set pressed to the brake shield. Install the spacer. 11. Install pressure spring pads, tighten caps by turning them by 90 ?�. 12. Install the spring and the guide. 13. Install the drive flange axis and secure, screwing in the two wheel nuts. Install the cylinder and caliper. Adjustment 14. Make sure that the handbrake is fully released. Remove the cover in the panel and a screwdriver, turn the knob over the teeth until the pad touches the drum drive (photo). 15. Remove the knob in the opposite direction for 7-8 clicks and make sure that the disc rotates freely without touching of the block. 16. Put the cover in place.
