Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen bolts and adjusting lath of the generator to an arm and adjusting lath. Turn the generator to the engine block to loosen the belt tension of the generator and remove the belt.
2. Unscrew the four screws on the crankshaft pulley and remove the pulley 2 (see. Fig. Camshaft drive).
3. Remove the upper and lower 8 3 Cover Timing.
4. To establish the piston of 1st cylinder in TDC. The label on a cogwheel of a cam 5 (see. Fig. Adjust belt camshaft drive ) it must be combined with a label in the cylinder head.
5. Loosen the bolts of 1 fastening of the water pump. Rotate the water pump to the engine block to loosen the belt tension Timing 3.
6. Remove the belt 3 with the gears of the water pump, camshaft and crankshaft. This cranked and distributive shaft should not be rotated.
7. Remove the bolt 17 (see. Fig. Camshaft and valves), to remove a cogwheel 14 and remove the key 13.
8. Remove the bolt securing gear of the crankshaft, remove the gear and remove the key.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert the key into the slot of the crankshaft, install gear wrapped gear bolt and washer and tighten to 80 Nm (8.0 kgf-m). Label B (see. Fig. Adjust belt camshaft drive) should coincide with a label B on the cylinder head.
2. Insert the key 13 (see. Fig. Camshaft and valves) into the groove of the camshaft gear set 14, to turn a bolt 17 with a washer 18 and tighten to 80 Nm (8.0 kgf-m).
3. Temporarily install the crankshaft pulley on the gear. Label A (see. Fig. Adjust belt camshaft drive) on the pulley should coincide with a label on the plate 9. To remove a pulley.
4. Wear a belt 16 (see. Fig. Camshaft and valves) to the gears, crankshaft, camshaft, and water pump.
5. Tighten the belt 16 and turning the water pump, tighten the bolts of the water pump. Check belt tension. The belt is tensioned correctly when it can be deployed to 90 ?, holding his two fingers in the middle between the control and the crankshaft, as shown in Fig. Adjust the belt camshaft drive.
6. Check whether the labels are not moved TDC.
7. Tighten the water pump to 10 N ? m (1.0 kgf ? m).
8. Set the upper and lower lids camshaft drive.
9. Install the crankshaft pulley.
10. Wear alternator drive belt on the crankshaft pulley and alternator. Tighten the belt by turning the alternator from the engine block. Tighten the generator and an adjusting lath.
