| 2. Insert the key 13 (see. Fig. Camshaft and valves) into the groove of the camshaft gear set 14, to turn a bolt 17 with a washer 18 and tighten to 80 Nm (8.0 kgf-m). |
| 3. Temporarily install the crankshaft pulley on the gear. Label A (see. Fig. Adjust belt camshaft drive) on the pulley should coincide with a label on the plate 9. To remove a pulley. |
| 4. Wear a belt 16 (see. Fig. Camshaft and valves) to the gears, crankshaft, camshaft, and water pump. |
| 5. Tighten the belt 16 and turning the water pump, tighten the bolts of the water pump. Check belt tension. | 7. Tighten the water pump to 10 N ?� m (1.0 kgf ?� m). |

| 9. Install the crankshaft pulley. |
| 10. Wear alternator drive belt on the crankshaft pulley and alternator. Tighten the belt by turning the alternator from the engine block. Tighten the generator and an adjusting lath. |
