The technical condition of the valves hydropushers

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Start and warm up the engine. Give it to work before turning on the fan.
2. Within 2 minutes to maintain the speed of about 2500 min -1. If the noise is in the actuator valve to determine a faulty pusher.
3. To determine the faulty pusher, remove the head cover and turn the crankshaft clockwise so that cam camshaft checked pusher facing up

A warning

After installing a new hydropusher, pre-filled with oil and bleeding, start the engine can be no earlier than 30 minutes to avoid getting hit by the piston valves.


The noise in the drive when starting the engine valve is normal, since the engine idle portion of the oil flows into the crankcase. After filling the oil pushers noise disappears.
