Refitting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a belt camshaft drive gear and crankshaft (see. Subsection 2.2.1.7).
2. Remove the oil sump (see. Subsection 2.2.1.10).
3. Remove bolts 3 (see. Fig. Parts Engine oil) and 5 and remove the receiver 4 of the oil pump with the gasket 7 and the plate 6.
4. Loosen the screws 10 and remove the oil pump 8 with seal 11.
5. Loosen the screws that secure the pump cover and remove the cover.
6. Remove the front oil seal crankshaft 9.
7. Details of the pump free of dirt and wash with gasoline. If the cover has signs of wear, it must be replaced. If the teeth of the gears are worn or are damaged, replace gears. The gears can be changed only a couple. Replace shim 7 and 11 and the oil seal 9.
8. Assemble and install the pump in reverse order. Before pressing in grease with oil seal with engine oil.
9. On the outside of the gear pump deposited triangular mark, which should be directed to the pump cover.
10. Tighten the oil pump and the receiver 10 N ? m (1.0 kgf ? m).
11. Before assembly, lubricate all the parts of the pump engine oil.

Removal, check and installation of the oil pump engines MN and 2G

Details of engine lubrication MH and 2G

2 - a cover of the oil pump;
3 - cover gasket;
4 - the plug;
5 - chain;
6 - the oil pump;
7 - the receiver of the oil pump;
8 - crankcase gasket;
9 - the oil sump;
10 - drain plug;
11 - a lining of cork;
12 - bolt casing;
13 - bolt receiver of the oil pump;
14 - an arm of the receiver;
15 - a gear wheel drive of the oil pump;
16 - full-flow oil filter;
17 - a bolt of fastening of the oil pump;
18 - plate with the ignition timing mark

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a belt camshaft drive gear and crankshaft (see. Subsection 2.2.1.7).
2. Remove the oil sump (see. Subsection 2.2.1.10).
3. Unscrew the cover bolts and remove the cover 2 (see. Fig. Details of engine lubrication MH and 2G) and the gasket 3.
4. Remove the bolt attaching the bracket 14 to the cylinder block
5. To turn away bolts of fastening of the oil pump 17.
6. Remove the chain 5 with gear 15 of the crankshaft and remove the pump 6 to 7 and the receiver circuit 5.
7. Remove the chain 5 with the oil pump drive gear.
8. Remove bolts securing the pump cover and remove the cover from the receiver 7.
9. Measure the probe gap between the teeth of the gears, as shown on the left. The gap at the new gear is 0.05 mm, 0.2 mm legal limit. Measure the gap between the probe and the gear pump housing, it should be no more than 0.15 mm. Measure the axial clearance of gears, as shown on the right. It should be no more than 0.15 mm.
10. From the pump cover to turn the pressure reducing valve.
11. After disassembly clean all parts of the pump gasoline.
12. Assemble and install the pump in reverse order. Replace crankshaft oil seal 1, after brushing it with engine oil.
13. In the cover 2 to the inside of the screw-threaded plug installed. Inspect it and, if necessary, replaced.
14. Before assembly, lubricate all the parts of the pump engine oil.
15. When installing a pump to put the chain on the 5 gear pump and gear 15 of the crankshaft. Tighten bolts of fastening of the pump 17 and tighten to 20 Nm (2.0 kgf-m). 5 Check the chain tension, it needs to lock the gear pump and press your finger on the middle of the chain between the gears. The chain should sag 1.5-2.5 mm, otherwise you need to loosen the bolts 17 and pull the chain by moving the pump. Tighten the screws 17 to 20 Nm (2.0 kgf-m).
16. Replace the gasket 3.
17. Tighten the actuator cover to 10 Nm (1.0 kgf-m).
18. After installing the pump, check the pressure in the lubrication system. To do this, unscrew the oil pressure sensor and replace it with wrap gauge. The pressure in the system when the engine speed is 2000 min -1 must be 20 bar.
