Refitting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Block the flywheel by inserting a suitable metal lever in the teeth of flywheel.
2. Evenly unscrew bolts of a flywheel on 1-2 turns.
3. Release screws and remove the flywheel from the crankshaft.
4. After removing inspect the flywheel. If it is cracked, deep traces of wear on the surface, to which presses the clutch disc or damaged tooth crown, replace the flywheel. Note that the new flywheel applied only to TDC, which is "0". Therefore, we must put a label on a flywheel ignition timing as well as the old flywheel.
5. Install the handwheel in the reverse order. Before installing apply glue to the bolt threads for threaded connections ?D6?. Bolts tighten crosswise and tighten to 75 Nm (7.5 kgf ? m) (when the shoulder bolt, tightening torque 100 Nm).
6. If the disk drive has been replaced, it is necessary to check and, if necessary, to adjust its position. The distance from the rear wall of the cylinder to the mounting surface of the torque converter to the drive disc should be 30,5-32,1 mm. Adjust the position of the disk drive can be inserted between them crankshaft shim.
