Assembling the cylinder head



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the valve guide sleeve, after brushing it with engine oil.
2. Install the valve spring thrust washer 4 (see. Fig. Camshaft and valves).
3. Push the valve stem on the plastic sleeve so as not to damage the lip of the valve stem cap.
4. Have a special tool valve stem seal 5. Remove the valve stem with a plastic sleeve.
5. Install the valve spring 6 and 7 of the spring plate.
6. The special adaptation to compress the valve spring and replace crackers 8. Remove the tool to compress the valve springs. Hit the hammer with a soft head on the end of the valve stem to crackers properly into place.
7. Similarly, the other set valves.
8. Coat the engine oil cervical camshaft 12, and gently insert the shaft into the head unit.
9. Press in the oil seal camshaft mandrel.
10. Install plate 16 (see. Fig. The ignition distributor) with a gasket 17. Tighten the screws 18 to 20 Nm (2.0 kgf-m).
11. Insert the key into the groove of a cam 13 (see. Fig. Camshaft and valves), to establish a cogwheel 14. Tighten bolt 17 with a washer 18 and tighten the bolt to 80 Nm (8.0 kgf-m).
12. Install the adjusting screws 9.
13. Install the valve lever 10 and spring 11.
14. To establish the ignition distributor.
15. Install the fuel pump.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the valve as indicated above in paragraphs.
2. Set hydropushers valves in accordance with the marks posed during disassembly, lubricate them with engine oil pre-
3. Place the camshaft bearings.
4. Place the lid number 2 and 4 bearings. Tighten nuts and caps gradually tighten diagonally to 6 N ?� m, then unscrew them a quarter turn.
5. Install the cover number 3, 1 and 5 bearings. Tighten the nut bearing the same as in the preceding paragraph. Nuts of fastening of a cover 5 number tighten to 10 N ?� m (kgf ?� m 1).
6. Install the camshaft gear, tighten the bolt of the gear and tighten to 80 Nm (8.0 kgf-m).
7. Install the distributor of ignition and fuel pump.
