Stage 1 - 30 Nm; Stage 2 - tighten on a corner 90 ?�; Stage 3 - to tighten on 90 ?�

To center the cylinder head has two dowel pins, so no need to screw the guide pin.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Using a steel ruler and a feeler gauge, check the flatness of the mating surface of the cylinder head. Flatness deviation must be not more than 0.05 mm. 2. Install a new cylinder head gasket on the surface of the cylinder so that the marking or OBEN TOP points upwards. 3. Gradually in the sequence shown in fig. Clean the mating surfaces of the cylinder head and camshaft housing. 5. Apply a thin coat of sealant AMV 188 003 on the mating surface of the case of camshafts. 6. Install the support elements and the rocker arms in the cylinder head to the same places where they were before removal. Check the location of the rocker arm on the valve (1) and the reliability of their fixation retainer clip (2). 7. Grease working surface of cam camshaft with clean engine oil. 8. Before installing the camshaft housing screw holes in the extreme cylinder head studs M6h70 guide (indicated by arrows). 9. Install the camshaft housing and remove the guide pins. Screw in new bolts camshaft housing and tighten them crosswise to 10 Nm, and then in the same sequence tighten on a corner 90 ?�. A warning After installation of the camshaft housing sealant dry for at least 30 minutes before the engine can be started.
