Removing and installing the generator



Generator

1 - ribbed belt;
2 - the generator;
3 - Voltage Regulator;
4 - screws;
5 - a protective casing;
6 - screws;
7 - bolts 50 Nm;
8 - bolts of 50 Nm;
9 - an arm;
10 - a tension roller;
11 - bolts, 45 Nm

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.
2. Loosen and remove the V-ribbed belt.
3. On the back of the generator, disconnect fat (B +) and fine (D +) wire from the generator terminals.
4. Remove the bolts (11) securing the alternator to the bracket and remove the generator.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Place the generator on the bracket and secure it with screws.
2. Check the condition of the V-ribbed belt and, if necessary, replace it.
3. Install the V-ribbed belt and adjust its tension.
4. Connect the wires to the generator.

A warning

The thick wire (B +) screw on the generator torque of 15 ?� 1 Nm. If the wire is not securely attached, you may experience the following problem:
- Incomplete charging of the battery;
- Not enough power to power consumers;
- At the point of connection wires might spark;
- In connection with the voltage spikes may lead to damage of electronic components.


5. Attach the blue wire (D +) to the generator torque 3,2 ?� 0,2 Nm.
6. Connect the ground cable to the battery.
