Removing the front brake pads performed as follows:
loosen the bolts of the front wheel, post the front of the car and fix on supports. Remove the wheel bolts and remove the wheel;

NOTE
Be sure to carry out the replacement of all blocks of one axis of the car even if deterioration borders were reached only one shoe. If Pads will be repeatedly established, before removal they are necessary for marking.

Remove the two caliper mounting bolts to the holder of a support. Please note that the caliper mounting bolts self-locking and have different lengths;
Unclip the brake hose from the knuckle;
Remove the caliper from the caliper holder and wire tie up a support to the front suspension;

A WARNING
Do not engage for securing the caliper brake hose to the suspension. Make sure that the brake hose is not tensioned and not twisted.

Remove the spring clamps of brake pads;
Remove the brake pads.
The installation of front brake pads performed as follows:
Clean the caliper piston dust and dirt;
press the piston in the caliper. This can be done a wooden core or the hammer handle. Ensure that the piston does not have a skew and its surface as the surface of the anther is not damaged.

A WARNING
When installing the piston the brake liquid is superseded from the brake cylinder in a broad tank. It is therefore necessary to control the liquid level in the tank and, if appropriate syringe away from the tank a small amount of liquid.

At the maximum brake pad wear, check the ease and fluidity of movement of the piston. To do this, insert a piece of wood into a support and ask the assistant to press gently on the brake pedal. The piston must be easily and smoothly out of the caliper.
Be sure to replace the spring clamps of brake pads. Spring latches into place the short side.
Install the caliper bracket in the lower spring retainer of brake pads. Attach upper spring retainer, and insert the holder of a support on the side of the inner brake pad retainers. The inner brake pad has a lower surface of the lining.
set the outer brake pad;

A WARNING
When pressed against a stronger support to the holder deformed spring clamps brake pads, which can cause noise in the brake mechanism.

Install the caliper holder the caliper and push it so that you can screw the bolts;
Install the bolts and tighten them to torque. Longer screws are usually installed on top;
Fix the holder of a brake hose on the steering knuckle;
repeat the operation on the opposite wheel;
check the brake fluid in the reservoir. The level should not exceed the level of ?Max?. Repeatedly press the brake pedal to pad pressed to the disc, and re-check the brake fluid in the reservoir;
Establish a wheel and lower the car.
