Removal and installation of the drive gear



Withdrawal
Remove the selector lever.
Pull the switch and pull up the lever to position ?�S?�.
You should always observe the sequence off of the battery.
Turn off the mass terminal of the battery when the ignition is off.
Remove the center console.
Remove the noise insulation of the center console.
Unlock and remove the plug 1.
2 Remove the bolt and remove the holder.

Remove connector 3 from the holder (Fig. 3.23).
Disconnect plug 1.

Carefully remove the clamps 2 on the left and right of the frame (Fig. 3.15).

Pull the latches on the left and right side out and pull the frame up (Fig. 3.16).

Loosen the clamp screw on the selector by a thrust nozzle T40031 (Fig. 3.12).

Unscrew bolts 1 and remove the front drive holder 2 switch (Fig. 3.26).
Remove the rear holder drive gear.
Pull the drive gear with the selector rod back slightly.

Remove the lock washer 2 with the selector rod 1 and disconnect the drive gear of the selector rod (Fig. 3.27).

Setting
Installation is carried out in reverse order. It is necessary to consider the following.
1 Set the selector rod and secure with a new lock washer 2.
Attach the front and rear holder drive gear (Fig. 3.27).

Lay 1-3 cables as shown (Fig. 3.25).
Install connector 3 in the holder.
Tighten the bolt 2.
Connect the plug 1 (Fig. 3.23).
Adjust the thrust selector
Install the central console.
Connect the battery.
Set the selector lever
