Removing and installing selector rods

Withdrawal

Remove the drive gear.

Squeeze the cuff forward from the cup support (Fig. 3.13).

To remove the thrust selector simply omit the transfer case.

Lower the transfer case.

Remove the lock washer 1.

Disconnect draft of the selector lever 2 / selector shaft (Fig. 3.11).

Setting

Install the thrust lever in 1 cup support.

Press the cap 2 to the entire surface of the bearing cup (Fig. 3.14).

Install the transfer case.

Gently press the selector rod 2 to the lever / selector shaft (Fig. 3.11). In this bend lever / selector shaft, otherwise it will be impossible to accurately adjust the gear changes.

Replace the lock washer 1.

Push the cuff 2 to the entire surface of the cup support.

Install the drive gear (Fig. 3.13).
