Removal and installation of a forward wing

- Remove the liner; - Remove the front turn signal by removing the screw; - Remove the 2 side repeater turn indicator on the wing; - Remove the trim threshold; - Remove the screw connector 7 bumper to the wing; - Loosen the fastening front wing - front (screws 8), top (bolts 1), bottom (screws 3); - Remove the seal (foam); - Remove the bolt for the hinge of the front door; - Carefully remove the front fender; - Remove the existing caps and plate nuts and move them to the new wing. The installation of the new wing is as follows: - Clean the inside of the front wing and the mounting surface to the body; - Treat the cleaned items anticorrosive composition; - Install the front fender in its place; - Tighten the upper bolts (torque 6 Nm); - Put a new protective molding.
