Removing the front bumper

Removing the front bumper (Fig. 11.80) as follows:
- Remove the bottom guard of the engine;
- Remove the clamps in the lower part of the bumper (2 pcs.);
- Remove the bumper (2 self-tapping screws);
- Remove the bracket on the side wing of the bumper (2 self-tapping screws);
- Remove the four screws from the bottom cross member;
- Disconnect the fog lights, horn, windshield wipers and marker lamps headlamps;
- Lift the wiper arm headlight;
- Remove the bumper;
- Disconnect the headlight washer hose from the tee.
Install in reverse order. Be sure to adjust the position of the bumper. Tightening torque 40 Nm.

Dismantling the front bumper (Fig. 11.81) as follows:
- Remove the marker lights (push lock);
- Remove the spoiler (17 brackets);
- Remove the wiper arms range;
- Remove the motor and the wiper arm headlight assembly;
- Remove the plug headlamp wipers;
- Remove the horn and fog lights;
- Remove the strip-lining;
- Remove the support rod and attachment;
- Remove the molding (first remove the lock, and then remove sliding, molding).
Installation is the reverse order.
Removing the rear bumper as follows:

- Remove the negative battery terminal (Fig. 11.82);
- Remove the inside of the trunk floor covering;
- Remove the luggage compartment cover in the inside of the rear bumper;
- Remove the caps A and pull the side panels inside;

- Outside the vehicle, remove the bumper by removing the caps 2 (Fig. 11.83);
- Mount the bumper on the wing, 1 self-tapping screws (2 pcs.);
- Disconnect marker lamps;

- Unscrew (Fig. 11.84) 3 screws, nuts 1 and 2 screws;
- Remove the piston 4, under the central part of the bumper;
- Remove the rear bumper.
Install in reverse order. Tightening torque body 40 Nm. Tightening torque of the side wall 5 Nm.

Dismantling the rear bumper (Fig. 11.85) as follows:
- Remove the marker lights (push lock);
- Remove the side mounting plate;
- Pull the spoiler (4 pistons and 2 locking);
- Remove the support rod (8 clamps) and its mounting (16 catches);
- Remove the cover-band (2 pistons);
- Removing 14 locks, remove molding.
Assembling the rear bumper in the reverse order.
